30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and ensure it is resolved.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at grumpysnuggs@gmail.com.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
